Bright Hawk offers both private and group djembe drumming classes for all levels! Bright Hawk has a background in African rhythms and has over 25+ years drumming in support of spiritual experiences. Bright Hawk honors her teachers like Abdoul Doumbia, Mamady Keita, Baba Tunde, Ola Tunji and countless others. She started her spiritual journey with the drum after her return from Africa and at the attendance of Starwood ’93 and Rites of Spring ’94 and has traveled the world offering rhythmic support to fire circles, retreats and other spiritual experiences that include drumming.
